Last week (4/26) in Grand Rapids, MI, Susan Jacoby and I debated the question “Is Christianity Good for American Politics?”. It was a lively debate, and you’ll want to see it for yourself.
“Today, many argue that religious liberty is under assault while others believe that faith is meant for the private realm and its public expression stands in the way of a secular political discourse. This issue is certainly apparent in the controversy surrounding the HHS bill. This being the case, a debate over the role of Christianity in American politics could not be more pertinent.”
